Jesus shit, man. I haven't made shit since 2009. I'm making a turkey sandwich now, at 11 p.m. on a Saturday, with mustard and (possibly rancid) sauerkraut, after two rather powerful bourbon-and-ginger-ales.

I'll let you know how it goes.

    the brilliant thing about sauerkraut is it's already rotten, in a focused and controlled way.

    Damn, dude -- we need to come up with some good Southern recipes. I got a good general BBQ sauce, good for meats and their substitutes, and I can make killer collard greens...
